A good ghost hunter will certainly take any advantage they can get when
preparing for a ghost hunt. During active times of solar weather, i.e. solar flares
and geomagnetic storms, it has been found that better results are normally
achieved.
The reason is still debatable but the popular theory is this: Ghosts pull their
energy from electrical sources, such as the batteries in your ghost hunting
equipment. When the air is charged with electricity from solar x-rays or a
geomagnetic storm, they have much more energy to draw from, hence more
activity. I guess you could relate this to a golf course on a sunny summer day
Weather conditions can have a dramatic affect on the accuracy and
effectiveness of your ghost hunt or paranormal investigation. Be sure to check
conditions both before and after you arrive on site. Here are a few tools and
links to make things a little easier for you.
